SPT Metallurgy is fully committed to continuously maintain and improve the quality, as well manufacturing process – for all equipment, consumables and spare parts. Delivering of quality and well-engineered product is the most fundamental business philosophy of SPT Metallurgy.
SPT Metallurgy has implemented a quality assurance system to ensure the products to meet the required technical specifications. Various quality control techniques from raw material to final shop test (for technological equipment) are being implemented to ensure non-confirming products being removed from the manufacturing process. No equipment or parts will leave our workshop without the final quality inspection.
Each delivery of products will come with a CERTIFICATE of QUALITY AND QUANTITY (CQQ) issued by SPT QA Department.
Each product will be marked with its’ unique tracking number which is part of our Product Identification and Traceability System. This unique part number will be reflected on our Quality Assurance documents for the customers.
Each order from the customer will be packed properly with international sea-worth packing standards. There will be a shipping mark on each crate/package that will indicate the consignee details. |
